The AAAV will be the world's most versatile combat vehicle, providing the optimum balance of combat effectiveness, affordability, innovation and technology. AAAV will be a significant national security asset which represents the ethos and "signature mission" of the USMC for the 21st Century.
Our team members are professionals, possessing exceptional management and technical expertise. We are leaders with an energetic spirit, coupled with unwavering ethical standards, integrity and commitment to quality and success for our customers.
The AAAV program is the first Major Defense Acquisition Program to be entirely co-located with the Prime Contractor. Co-location affords the AAAV program unprecedented insight into the daily design decisions and enables near real-time problem resolution.
The AAAV is the Marine Corp's number one ground priority program and the only ACAT1D program managed by the Marine Corps. The AAAV is in the System Development and Demonstration phase of the acquisition cycle (formerly engineering and manufacturing development E&MD). A low rate initial production (LRIP) decision is scheduled for FY04 and a full rate production (FRP) decision is scheduled for FY06. AAAV production is planned to last through 2016.
DRPM AAA will be recruiting approximately 80 positions that will be located in Woodbridge, Virginia.
